ReUsies Reusable Bags Reviews & Giveaway

Do you pack lunches or snacks for your children? I pack lunches for five people everyday! And lately I’ve been looking for ways to reduce, reuse and recycle. That’s when I came across ReUsies, a re-usable alternative to plastic snack and sandwich bags.

These great little bags are perfect for snacks, sandwiches, chips and more. They come in two sizes:  Snack size & Sandwich Size. As soon as they came in the mail my youngest daughter had “dibs” on them. She takes her lunch everyday. The snack size bag is great for nuts, chips, crackers or a half of a sandwich. The sandwich size bag is great for bigger things like a whole sandwich. The great thing about these reusable bags is that they are washable. They are 100% cotton lined with leak-resistant nylon and close easily with Velcro. There is even Velcro on the back so if you have smaller items you can easily fold the ReUsies over and adjust to the contents inside. No worries about items falling out. They are easy to clean in the washing machine, dishwasher or hand wash and let air dry.

Using these two Reusies in one week saved me from using 10 plastic baggies! Did you know it takes over 1,000 years for a plastic bag to break down? Using ReUsies has the potential to eliminate hundreds of plastic bags. They’re so easy to use you’ve got to give them a try. There is a nice variety of designs to choose from like sharks, camo, fruit and they even offer stylish designs for adults too. They can be purchased individually or in sets of 2 packs or 4 packs at affordable prices. I’m excited to have found another great product to share with you that will help us reduce, recycle and reuse. Please visit ReUsies and join me in eliminating plastic bags.

Thanks to ReUsies you have the chance to win your choice of a 2-pack of ReUsies. All you have to do is enter using PromoSimple below. Good Luck!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I was just thinking about how I should try to use re-usable bags as I emptied another ziploc box this morning ;-) I love the “little green monsters” print!
